Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window, required request information, and payment return methods for VPNBall subscription services. Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Order records and ticket replies are used to verify progress. Please also read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Eligibility is checked against the time of your account’s first successful payment, and the request time is based on the ticket submission record. You do not need to prove a connection issue or change routes or complete troubleshooting before submitting a request.

Submit your request within the window and identify the order you want refunded. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so specify the relevant item when submitting your request to help us verify it. Data packages do not expire; this refers to the validity period of the data and does not extend the refund window indefinitely.

Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent payments do not restart the refund window tied to your first payment. For multiple orders, upgrade price differences, or previously processed refunds, list the details in the same ticket. Support will review the actual payment records and explain what can be processed to avoid refunding the same payment twice.

Normal Use and Disputed Payments

Installing a client, importing a subscription, connecting to a route, or using package data does not waive your right to request a refund within the window. This policy sets no additional data-usage percentage or charge threshold, and a prior connection is not grounds for denying a refund.

Orders outside the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. If you notice a duplicate charge, inconsistent payment records, or another order dispute, you may still submit a ticket for review; the review itself does not mean a refund has been approved.

Accounts involving use beyond package limits, unusual transactions, or a breach of the Terms of Service require a review of the order and circumstances. An unusual activity flag alone is not sufficient to invalidate a request. If the decision affects a refund, the relevant records and policy basis will be explained. Payments already refunded will not be refunded again.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, find the payment in your order history, and check the package name, payment time, amount, and payment method.
  2. Go to the support ticket portal, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the order number and payment details above. You may provide a reason, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund.
  3. Wait for the ticket review. If payment documentation is needed, reply in the original ticket and conceal any personal information unrelated to the order.
  4. After receiving the decision, check the refund amount, return channel, and service status as described in the ticket. If you disagree, add details in the original ticket.

Do not send account passwords, subscription links, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases in a ticket. If you cannot sign in, use the account assistance option available in the panel to resolve access issues. Do not post payment documentation publicly to request a refund.

Refund Methods and Payment Channels

VPNBall accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Transactions that support a return to the original payment method will be processed through that channel whenever possible, subject to the channel’s capabilities and the order status. Keep access to the original payment account so you can check the refund record.

For Alipay and WeChat Pay, check the refund result against both the ticket reply and the payment statement. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the ticket will explain why and outline available options. Processing will continue after the receiving details are confirmed; funds will not automatically be converted to an in-account balance.

USDT transactions usually cannot be reversed like conventional payment refunds. If a separate transfer is needed, confirm the network, receiving address, and refund amount in the ticket first. Any channel or network fees will be explained in advance; the promised full refund will not be reduced by default. Do not assume that the address funds came from is also the address for receiving a refund.

Checking Refund Status

Refund verification, payment channel processing, and final receipt are separate stages. The time it takes depends on the payment channel and any required transaction confirmations; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. A ticket showing that a refund was submitted does not mean the funds have reached your account.

If you cannot find the funds, provide the order number and relevant payment status in the original ticket and ask support to check the refund record. This helps avoid duplicate requests. Any changes to subscriptions, data entitlements, or service status related to the refund will be explained with the decision; follow the details confirmed in the ticket.
